Every now and then some of our products, be it a kicker, cuddle cushion or knitwit turn out not quite as expected and don't pass Billy's rigorous quality control standards. It might be because they have no label, be a slightly different shape or size, there may be a crack in the wood or have sewing that's a bit wonky!  They still contain lots of fragrant and natural honeysuckle for cats to enjoy but for the above reasons are being offered at reduced prices!
